Welcome to Beautiful and Blessed. A monthly mail club created by Ngozi, sent straight to your door with your name on it.

Each month you will receive a handwritten, or printed letter on one theme from the interior life of faith, identity, and what we are learning about who God says we are.

Alongside the letter you will also receive:

  • A card with a quote or verse for the month —something to put on your mirror, keep in your Bible or carry in your wallet.

  • Occasional small surprises.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Letters are sent out by the 20th of each month. Once sent you can expect delivery within 2 to 14 business days within the US and 7 to 30 business days internationally. Please note that letters are sent as stamped mail rather than tracked parcels — this keeps the subscription affordable and the experience personal.

  • To receive that month's letter please subscribe by the 10th of the month. Subscriptions made after the 10th will receive the following month's letter instead.

    For example: a subscription made on May 11th will receive the June letter.

  • Beautiful and Blessed is a recurring monthly subscription at $10 per month. After your first payment you will be charged on the same date each month automatically. If a payment fails you will be notified and given a short grace period to update your details. After that period your subscription will be cancelled automatically.

  • Your full name and postal address will be collected securely at the point of subscription. You will receive a confirmation email from Stripe once your subscription is active.

  • If your letter has not arrived within the delivery timeframe for your region please get in touch at contact@ngoziclaire.com.

    Please note that once two months have passed from the send date I am unfortunately unable to arrange replacements if I have not been made aware of the issue within that window. So please do reach out sooner rather than later.

  • Yes, you can cancel or update your payment details at any time through your Stripe subscription portal.

    If you need to update your postal address please email me directly at contact@ngoziclaire.com before the 10th of the month to ensure your updated address is used for that month’s letter.

  • Once letters have been posted I am unable to redirect them. If a letter was sent to an incorrect address please get in touch and I will do my best to arrange a reshipment. A small reshipment fee may apply.

  • Due to the nature of physical mail I am unable to offer refunds for lost letters or letters sent to an incorrect address provided at the time of subscription.

    If a letter is lost in the post email at contact@ngoziclaire.com I am happy to send a replacement once as a gesture of goodwill. Beyond that I am afraid I am unable to take further action so please do reach out promptly if something has not arrived.

  • International subscribers are warmly welcome. Please note that postage costs and delivery times will be longer than US domestic. Delivery can take 7 to 30 business days. Letters are sent as standard international stamped mail without tracking.
